Hey, what's going on? It's right there, here and um, in this video I want to talk about the three rules of drinking alcohol. If you want to stay and get fit, don't worry, I get it. Does a party or an event that you can't turn down to stress from being disciplined is really get into you or maybe you want to go out and show off that body of yours here. The three rules to drink and still eight your fitness goals.

Rule number one:

Before heading out, make sure you were clothes and shoes are in your bag and place by the front door.

Rule number two:

Right before sleeping, have to tall glass of water or one bottle of bio steel and make sure you have you have a talent. Nah, if you ne was lit or unreal.

Rule number three:

The next day after, have one bottle of cocoa water. Don't skip breakfast or brunch and make sure you work out today or the following day.

Drinking will only kill your goals if you don't have a proper plan in place. No, I gave you a proper plan. So listen, have fun. When you're for your friends. That's the whole point of going out, right? Just don't make it a habit no more than once a week. So I've included in this PDF and have fun, but just stick to your goals. Thank you so much.
