Sensations.

Empathy.

Feelings.

Reactions. 


You want a better life.

Be the most powerful person in the room.

Everyone wants to put their head on your shoulder.

You live exactly how you want to live, yet...


Emotions get in your way.

How?

Why?


For whatever reasons, feelings of anger, panic and anxiety reveal from deep inside of us. 

It’s coming.

You hate it and wish it wouldn’t happen. 


From personal experience and one of my students' transformations...

I want to show you how to maximize your confidence and set you up for success and…

Minimize the nerves you’ll have in whatever specific environment.

Back when I was in the hospital…

Every morning I would go downstairs and sit on the same chair and look at the same window and cry. The more I tried to tell myself to stop crying, the more I would cry.

At the time, it didn’t make sense.

When I’m 150%...

My speaking is nowhere near as Barack Obama. 

My penmanship is nothing like an Oxford dictionary.

All my anger, ego and fear came to light. 

Yesterday I could talk and listen. 

Today I can’t communicate, understand or remember.

Clearly I was wrong and I had a big delusion. 

Looking at her body language…

At the beginning of my students’ journey, it was obvious that she hated everything I put her through. I carefully put her at level 6 on the treadmill. After, she couldn’t talk and breathe like she just won the olympic gold medal. 

Like my teachers, doctors and mentors did for me…

I gave her some homework (both physical and mental) that would improve her ability.

It wasn’t much. 

However…

She was comfortable with it.

She stuck with it.

She didn’t let her emotions get in the way of the blueprint we designed. 

At the end of her amazing journey…

I put her at level 12.

Right after…

She was extremely calm.

We were laughing and discussing her wedding plans.

Psychologically she grew.

My heart got bigger.

I honestly wanted to give her a BIG hug, but I didn’t want her to stop because we still had more steps to complete her quest. 

Inside…

We all have emotions.

Outside...

Are you one who provokes and lash out?

Are you cold-blooded?

Wherever you are…

Even if you're confused, mad or unclear...

It.

Can. 

Change.

It’s small and will reduce your panic and anxiety.

Preferably before it happens…

We don’t possess the knowledge to understand the relationship between anger, ego and fear... 

So...

Discuss it.

Write about it.

Map it out.

When it occurs and you don’t have a crystal clear plan, there is nothing you can do about it.

Careful planning and preparation will make your life easier. 

The best people make mistakes.

It’s impossible to NOT make mistakes.

Once you understand that you have nerves and have self-awareness...

You need a coach, trainer, mentors, teacher, doctors to make sure that you’re not emotional and make sure you're on the path to your vision. 

In the granular detail, everything changes.


Your reaction will be different.

Your feelings will be different.

Your sensations will be different.

Now actions will be easy because you don’t let the situation touch you emotionally. 

A stable, clear and driven mind will set you free to be the best you can be.
