Everything You Need

Follow me.

Raise your hand, like you are asking a question.

Now.

Put your fingers together, like you are mad and want to punch someone.

(Not actually)

Ok.

Cup your hand, as if you are scooping up water.

Last thing.

Raise your thumb up, showing you agree and everything is alright.

The purpose of this exercise is to let you know your body is more capable than you think.

Nothing is truly new.

Let me explain.

Yellow, red, and blue are 3 primary colours.

A, A#, B, C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G# are 12 notes in a guitar and piano.

A to Z are 26 letters in the alphabet.

Successful businesses have their core values and principles.

Everything has pillars, and combining these pillars make everything we see, hear, and touch.

When done correctly...

Those 3 primary colours can combine to make 1 million+ new shades or tones.

Those 12 notes combine to make 100 - 250 million new professional songs.

Those 26 letters in the English language alphabet combine to create new words. Using these words, new sentences appear. New pages, new books, new topics, new signs, new forms etc.

All this new stuff arrives from the same stuff.

Each spinning bike has 2 wheels.

Every treadmill has a belt that your feet come in direct contact with.

All rowing machines have a seat, handle, seat roller, footplates, rail, and transport wheels.

However, if the combination of the music, instructor, atmosphere and emotional results does not lift up your spirit it won’t support your needs and contribute towards your goals.

Ok, let's go back to the hand exercise.

Next time you're preparing dinner.

Because time is an issue and your mental cognition needs a break...

Instead of cutting your protein on a chopping board.

Measuring your vegetables and fruits on a food portion kitchen scale.

Looking at the macronutrients label and thinking and deciding how many calories you should or shouldn’t have.

...simply use your hand.

A portion of protein is determined by your palm.

A portion of vegetables is determined by your fist.

A portion of carbs is determined by your cupped hand.

A portion of fat is determined by your thumb.

When you look at your hand, it is nothing new. However, once you are more aware of what you have, it is everything you need.

By combining different parts of your body and your mind, learning and great things happens.
