How To Avoid Mental Hazards

I got a question for you...

Type “thumb up” if you are feeling stressed.

Type “thumb down” if you’re not feeling stressed.

Here’s a cool thing my mentor told me...

Stress will kill you.

Yet...

Stress will make you more dynamic, fun and powerful than you could ever imagine.

How?

Well, stress can kill you in two ways…

One.

Way too much pressure. Your brain and heart has hit or overhit your limit.

Two.

Absolutely no stress will give you...

No reason to wake up in the morning…

No reason to solve problems…

No reasons to fight for what you think is right…

No reasons to live.

If you are there too long, your brain and spirit won’t grow. Your body will not be as dynamic as it could be. You won't be as much fun. You won't be as powerful as you’re meant to be.

With just about everything…

You need to understand balance. That having composure and tranquillity in your body and mind is crucial.

So with stress, perspective is…

Everything!

Your attitude…

Your outlook…

Your approach…

Your way to view it can determine what your “stress” really is to you.

Life will suddenly give you a problem.

Are you complaining about it?

Are you grateful about it?

Our human body is beautiful but so beautiful that it’s bizarre.

When you think or talk about the problems…

Your ears hear it.

Your body feels it.

It surrounds the way your eyes and body views the pressure (stress). Depending on how you look at it…

Stress can be good or bad.

HERE IS A SIMPLE AND USEFUL WAY TO HACK YOUR STRESS OR BODY CHAOS...

Go and pick up your baby, kids, dog, cat, wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend…

Anything that when you pick her up or see them…

You’re in a state of mind, that you don’t even think about the pressure or stress.

Nothing else matters.

Sometimes we complain about the things we care about…

Sometimes we focus on things we can’t control…

Sometimes we feel different than what’s real...

Sometimes we want more, when we already have plenty..

My mentor also said…

If I do a post and only 1 person “like” it…

Don’t get mad that 1 million people didn’t comment, “like” it and message you...

That 1 person is looking up to you, needs you and it gives him or her confidence and a better way of life. I need to bring my “A” game and stop worrying about things that I can’t control.

If used properly and you have a solid foundation and mindset, stress can do wonders for your body, mind and spirit.

Change your perspective and go and pick up something that means the world to you.

So I want to ask the question again...

Type “thumb up” if you are feeling stressed.

Type “thumb down” if you’re not feeling stressed.
