Hey, what's going on. Hope out why. And this video is for, if you have a bad day or you're really pissed off, but you don't want tomorrow to be as bad as the day now. And honestly, for me, it really helps me. And I want to share with you so five things. I'm happy for. What I do is I, I write it in my journal and rape rape. Before I close my eyes. Ashley, say, Satan, say them actually say them out loud. And it actually calms me down and said, Hey, all this stuff that you're worried about, just say I'm alive. And, uh, for me, I'm alive. And, um, I hope, I hope this can help you too. So what five things are you really happy for? It can be anything, um, five things that say, you know what? This actually makes me, makes me happy, makes me collide, makes me, um, makes me excited. It makes you excited. So for me, um, he did the five things I'm actually happy for. Number one is my family.

Number two is my health number three is my doctor number four is my, my mentors number five is my laptop. Um, a, B, B. Yeah. So for of all those five things, if, if there wasn't, if it weren't there, then honestly I beat that. But, um, those are the five things I'm actually, I'm actually very happy for. And every time I write in my journal and said, them, say them out loud and it makes my move a lot better. And it actually say, you know what, whatever you got tomorrow, you can do it, but you just gotta keep going. And honestly, you're light you're you're alive. But, um, honestly I hope whatever your five things, whatever. Yeah, whatever your five things are just Joshua. Think about those five things and say, you know what? Um, don't worry about, don't worry, don't worry today. But tomorrow I'll be tomorrow. Be a lot better than I was today. So honestly, let's win. Let's grow. Let's have some finance, auntie don't worry about stuff that you have today just saying, you know, tomorrow I'll be better. So, um, thank you so much. And honestly, my top two now.
