Fresh, Frozen, Or Canned - Which One Should You Choose?

People who don’t know you.

Misunderstand your unique qualities and character traits.

There is so much more.

They cannot connect and feel the fire deep down inside.

Are you sick?

Is work costing all your energy?

When you are at your best...

A sense of drive.

Clarity in your thinking.

Being confident.

…fuels your mind and makes you feel younger again.

On a surface level.

An orange is an orange.

However, reading nutrition labels makes you question that idea.

There is a difference between “freshly squeezed”, “simply”, “100% pure & natural”, “no pulp” box, bottled, and canned.

A simple, quick comparison while grocery shopping of the content.

Allows you to truly be informed.

When you look at the nutrition labels, weight scale, mirror, or likes and comments on your picture.

You sometimes forget to reflect on your internal categories.

Mood.

Stress.

Alert.

Soreness.

Focus.

Output.

Sleep and happiness.

By writing it down every morning and taking a look briefly every evening, your mind has awareness.

As a beginner coach, I failed miserably and totally forgot an important word:

Taste.

I was trying to change habits that have been ingrained for over 5, 10, 15, or 20 years.

Fresh, frozen, or canned -- which one should you choose?

The “immature” me would probably say:

Fresh!

Fresh fruits and vegetables have the most nutrients and need your body to absorb and digest calories.

But, some fruits and vegetables are seasonal.

Buy plenty.

Put it in the freezer to prevent spoiling.

Canned is last.

They contain sugar, excess sodium, and usually lose vitamins and nutrients due to the maintenance process.

Also, dried fruit and vegetables should not qualify as a daily serving. Dehydrating the fruit actually depletes 30-80% of the vitamins and antioxidants.

(blah, blah, blah… is what your read)

The “mature” me will bring your attention to your strengths (big or small) and use them within my C.H.E.F. system.

Taste, in all forms of life, are key.

We focus on where you are.

Slowly enhance your weaknesses.

Put you in a position to be the best version of yourself.

On a surface level.

You are.

Who you are.

However, your mood and energy will change your confidence.

By understanding where you are now.

It gives you a much better idea of your roadmap forward.

Everything inside will evolve to become who you truly want to be, for optimal health and performance.

If you had an orchard in your backyard and always feel positive every single day.

(clapping my hands)

If not, life is beautiful and not that easy.

You have what it takes.

Once you understand your body awareness, ebbs and flows of your behavior, your goals, and time effect horizon.

Great things will happen.
