How To Go From Unfit To Fit: Top 3 Tips

SUMMARY

Choose a goal. Pick a date to reach your goal and write it in your calendar. Figure out the problems you have to reach your goal. Have a friend or coach to discuss your goals/problems and monitor you.

Before you start to eat right and workout, you have to ask yourself a couple key element questions. Answer them truthfully and you’re on your way to your goal.

Hey, what's going on is that at the year end, how do you go from unfit to fit? [inaudible] the top three tips for things first. If you're a professional athlete or you have a trainer and you're fit, or you want to know what the exact amount of calories should I have, or what type of exercise should I do, or maybe should I do this workout or another workout, then this video is not for you. Just videos from my busy professionals who are prized to be and brokers who work long hours but want to be fit. Remember that being fit can be your body, your mind, your finances, your house, and your car or your relationships. But remember that in this video I'm going to be talking about your body and your mind. So the PDF, um, that I'm going to, um, give it to you in the summary that it actually makes it so much clear from who you are now to who you want to be. Meaning unfit to fit, but don't worry, I'm going to explain all of that later.

Okay, so this is vital and very important. You have to have a goal. I don't care if it's big, I don't care if it's small, but you have to have a goal. Um, right now I have faith as you go, but maybe you can cross it off and say, Hey, I want to run a marathon. I want to have abs, or I just want to have confidence and compliments from everyone around me. So whatever it is, you have to have a goal. Now what I want you to do is to choose and pick a day for you to reach for, to go and read in the calendar.

Oh, we have to do now is to figure out the problems for you to reach your goal. So to do anything successful, I think indeed three tips are the roots and key elements of your journey. Okay, so tip number one, awareness. Yeah. I find a lot of people when they beginning or when they start a want to do an one workout or they want to join another class or they just want to buy a supplement or buy a protein. And you really have to think being honest about your emotionally eating trigger and the exercise that you enjoy, but hate is the first critical step in becoming the most fearless that you can be. Acknowledging what's worked for others and what's holding you back is everything. Yeah, so that's awareness. So tip number two, the blueprint or the roadmap. So how often should you work out?

Where should you eat? Am I doing the right exercises or how do you do a stress? Well, your personal awareness allows you to accept, adapt, and heard her thought these questions. You need a plan as part of your life, not your whole life. You're very busy from work, but a blueprint from a coach like me or make sure that you don't stress and you really loved her results. Okay, so tip number three, action. So now that you have your awareness done and your blueprint is done too, action is action. Baby is the key tomorrow. And how you look in fear on the due date that you wrote down in the calendar always starts today in your house. When the letters off, you could probably walk and run around and everything is okay. But when you're in a new house, it's almost like you go on from unfit to fit because, um, the action with no blueprint or no awareness is like you run through the dark without a flashlight.

Yeah. So I have a lot of people who don't take action because they don't have a blueprint as specifically for them and they're not aware of their goal and what's holding them back and what our dude are actually makes you go down. But don't worry are you have to do is one awareness and two, you have a blueprint, whether you work with me or someone else of what really specifically for you and three action, everything that you have to do. And I promise you, you go from unfit to fit or whatever your goal is. And what this will do or actually make you happy and you know exactly where you actually going and this will gives you a lot of clarity of everything.

Okay. Action steps. Print off the ABA and pin it on your wall. Think of a date that you aren't, be fit and read it in your calendar audited. Have a trainer, friend app or me to help you with your blueprint and to make sure you're really doing it. So concluding this training video, this video is not for professional athlete. It's more for my busy professional or busy executive who are brokers and briars to be who they really want to get fit, but they're working, they're working hours. It just too much. Being fit can also be your body and your mind and the ABA or the PDF will make it so much more clear from where you are now to where you want to be. If you're serious about change, you have to go through some uncomfortable situation. Stop trying to Dodge a process is the only way to grow. But listen, don't worry. I know you got it.
