How To Release Stress

You put your head down on your pillow to sleep. 

Surprisingly, today everything went well, yet...  

...how confident, powerful and enthusiastic to sustain this level...

...for a week or a month... 

...is extremely difficult and intoxicating to reach your annual goals. 

A simple plastic water bottle can release stress.


In the morning…

1. Take a plastic water bottle and fill up 3/4 (75%) amount of water 

2. Place the bottle on the freezer 

3. Grab a towel and place the towel beside the fridge/freezer 

The second you come home or finish your work…


4. Grab the frozen bottle and towel

5. Sit down in a room that is peaceful to YOU

6. Place the towel on the floor were your feet will be

7. Place the bottle on its side, so you can roll along the bottom of your foot

8. I implement this process without socks. You can perform it with or without your socks  

9. Do this for about 20-90 seconds each foot


Also...

Take a tennis ball, lacrosse ball or golf ball and roll it along the bottom of your foot. 

You can do it for about 2-4 minutes each foot. 

Don’t forget to roll the calf and achilles tendon as well. 

A simple plastic water bottle, tennis ball, lacrosse ball and golf ball can release stress and stretch out your muscles.
