So it's simple P T T plan tomorrow, today, every night before I go to bed, I would after write down in my planner, other than that, I have to do tomorrow. If you plan and prepare tomorrow the night before, then your subconscious mind does the work for you parade down in your journal or type it out in your Google calendar or whatever calendar you have every day. You're busy. So the key is to have the schedule at 8.9 PM, two P T T client tomorrow, today is simple and it's useful. And there's no second guessing when you wake up, it could be five minutes or 30 minutes, whatever you think one evening can really impact your memory. Billion is do it.
