Keep The End Goal In Mind

Keep The End Goal In Mind.002.jpeg

Don’t fight it.

Just relax.

Busy and tired is how you feel throughout the day.

Every evening you’re anxious, scared, and lack motivation.

You’re not alone.

Infact, I know you have something very special inside of you.

As humans, we all have inner voices inside our heads that guide us through our decisions.

Good or bad, please listen to your inner voice.

Maybe it’s saying, “Go!”

Perhaps it’s distracting and pulling you away.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Exhale.

Calm down.

But, it's hard because you’re stressed and have a million thoughts going through your mind.

I understand your pain.

It's human nature and completely normal.

Because you have the internet, technology, youtube, and google, you can learn anything:

Experiment.

Reading.

Interacting with other people.

Facing challenges.

Reasoning.

However, you also need a mental-vehicle that helps you navigate your procrastination inner voice.

It’s extremely important to pay attention and listen to your mind.

Don’t fight yourself or get mad.

Pause. Let it happen. Listen.

When you listen to your inner voice, and it’s distracting you from the tasks you should be doing, the key for taking control of your procrastination inner voice is to:

(a) Focus on your end goal.

(b) Do 1 thing at a time.

(c) Reward yourself. (that doesn’t impede your plan)

Sometimes the accurate and correct action is to go against everything in your mind. After a while, your procrastination inner voice will fade away.

If you’re frozen, in order for you to overcome anxiety, here are solutions for 3 situations you may have.

Situation One: You only have 45 minutes to make your transformation.

Hit the kitchen.

Tomorrow, when you wake up in the morning, prepare a small, healthy afternoon snack and take it with you.

It could be an apple, banana, almonds, or rice cake.

It’s healthy but PORTABLE and SIMPLE.

At breakfast, you wake up at home and you can eat something healthy.

At lunch, you won't eat too much because you have a snack.

At dinner, your blood sugar is more stable and craving is low because your willpower is high.

Solution: Be in charge from 10am to 3pm. It’s small but makes a big difference.

Situation Two: Your food is immaculate and you have tried everything and nothing helps.

Solution: Train more than you did last week.

Situation Three: You’re stressed, food and workout are excellent, and things aren’t working.

Are you having regular bowel movements?

Is your urine dark yellow?

Do your emotions build up?

Are you functioning your best?

Perhaps you haven’t detoxified or hydrated your body.

Solution: Drink lots of water.

Whatever you consume and implement, always keep the end goal in mind.

The magic formula is to find someone who has a roadmap to show you the way.

Not only will you develop skills and knowledge, but it helps save you time.

Speed is just as important as direction.

When you navigate this gap, you will be more confident and I can’t wait.
