Hey, what's going on. Hope all is well. And isn't it weird when you see something different on someone like you, Hey, is weird or you're here Lee, or really you in camping or you notice that's a good look. I like it. Yeah. I think some people change because they want to evolve and the old way just isn't cutting anymore. It may be scary, but that's new illusion of the past. And they honestly want to be a better version of themselves sometime to switch a little bit, can make a big difference in your life. Here are the four things that can really help you. Four things.

Okay. Number one time. Yeah. So the time it's not the actual duration of the worker, it's more of, when do you actually work out? Um, in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening, let's see what happens with your busy life or let's see what happens if your energy or your results, switch it up and let's see what happens. Okay. Number two. And didn't work out. It's very hard to switch up the workout. If you play basketball or hockey, try and do yoga. If you're a swimmer run, or if you're a CrossFit person play badminton, or if someone in the same class, who's a lot better than you try and beat him. I had a student that was swim and I had another student that would do politesse. And another one that would run. And another one that I'd say, Hey, try and be in the front of the class, because you're honestly a lot better than you think. And everyone really hit their goals because of me, but everyone's different. So switch it up and let's see what happens. Number three, sleep more.

Okay. So let's say you work out five times a week, but instead of doing that, what I say instead of doing five times workout four times and two time you were doing the fifth times don't work out, just try and sleep. Let's see what happens with that. Okay. So number four is nutrition. You tree nutrition. Yeah. Maybe it's why do you need, or maybe eating too much fruit or maybe you're not unaware, outer portion. You either switch it up and let's see what happened to your body or be like town. Now I abide just like, you know what? It's actually good. Can we do that? Let's see what happens.

So you're probably thinking, all right there, I'm fine. Why can't I keep my body guessing? That's a good question. But it's called hit terrain for me. I had to modify my body, the food. I love the work I do, how I sleep. And the way I view time is very different. It's probably good. But before I was like, please, that's not for me. But now I have to really generate everything I do from my health and my mental state. If you want to change sometimes change, not a lot, just illiterate. If you're very focused, have fun. If you're very distracted, be more disciplined. Things can teach you everything. Your body can handle it. Your routine goes up and your resorts is amazing. Or like my body can handle it. I'm actually really mad. We never know. So when you're driving and you absolutely need a route, you know the roads in the back of your mind, you know what? Let's go a year, which way do you go out? This helps honestly, that's when the squirrel and the sash and fun piece.
