Heart
If it is not a new supplement, a new “fat-burning” workout, a new “you gotta try this” diet.
It’s boring.
Taking all things into consideration, it is correct to say that, it probably is.
But before you begin your journey, instead of looking outside.
Focus. On. Your. Self.
Your map and compass is in your heart.
The best place to take the first crucial step is to start at the end.
Mentally, emotionally, and physically, how will you feel when you accomplish your goals?
I can’t deny pills, specific workouts, and counting calories may or may not help yourself.
But external objects do not summarize and can not unravel the depth of your heart and mind.
Without listening to your heart to have awareness and clarity of what it will be like at the end of your journey and truthfully understanding who you are, where you currently are today, and how your life has been.
It is like running through the dark without a flashlight.
You will make it.
But the bruises, unfamiliar sounds, and running the wrong way.
Will confuse you.
You don’t want to repeat again because of failed attempts.
Feeling like yourself is nonexistent.
It will take a long time to get to the bottom of what works for you and what does not.
You deserve the best words.
Fellahs:
“You are successful and earn my respect.”
Ladies:
“You are beautiful.”
And you reply with, “Thank you for noticing!”
Find time to sit in a quiet place where you can self-audit without interruptions and listen to your heart.
Have awareness of your emotional trigger food and what exercises you enjoy and hate.
Start.
Even when you are “ready”, you really are not.
Your heart and mind requires a type of growth that keeps you moving along your journey, whenever you are stuck.
Everything comes from stopping, listening, and starting.
Do not over think it.
Have fun to get that “head-turning” outcome.
