You Are Better Than You Think
It is an illusion.
Focusing on the wrong numbers, you believe you are not making progress.
“Change” and “Perfection” should not be in your thought process.
Having your attention to non-fitness, will make you efficient and you can reimagine your future.
At the beginning you were dialed in. Clearly define your wish and could not see the number you secretly wanted to investigate.
“Give up.”
Is what your inner voice is saying.
Now you are stuck and life is not a straight line.
It slows down (getting sick).
It goes up hills (work stress).

Along your journey.
You can break the chain between any emotional addiction.
Unlock possibilities.
Break down all roadblocks and navigate through any maze.
By understanding your mood and your own body.
In the morning, how do you feel?
After breakfast and lunch, are you happy or full?
Right when you leave work, do you strive towards your goals?
Why?
How can you maintain it at a level where you feel at ease or powerful?
Having awareness is much better than “change”.
Being consistent is much better than “perfection”.
Reprogramming schedules, energy, and beliefs is much better than “fixing”.
By focusing on non-fitness, puts you in a greater relationship with yourself and fitness.
You are better than you think, you are worth it, and your dream is closer than you expected.
