“How Long Should My Workout Last?”

SUMMARY

It depends. To hit your goal, the amount of time is not the issue. All the stuff away from the workout is key.

Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments.

Here’s what we cover:

1. The amount of calories and certain exercises is not always the cause.

2. From your journey (current situation to desired situation), you always have to break it down to 4 parts.

3.  Everyone is different and has unique background. There isn’t a time but I go you estimate.

TRANSCRIPT

I hope you have a good day. And I don't know if that though, She asked me how long should my workout last?

I said, I don't know. It depends. She said, you should know, this is just what you do. I said, okay, I'm going to ask a couple of questions. She's like, man is now good is 30 minute. Good. So I said that a group class she's like, no, no, no, no, no, have a gym. I'm going to do it myself. Okay. What's your goal? She said what? I'm like, yeah. What's your goal. I told her to write it down on a piece of paper. And then I said, when do you want to see that man? Really? I'm like, yeah, I just wanted to know what's your goal. And when you want it, it took her about 10 seconds. And then I told her to divide it up into four parts, phase one, phase two, phase three and phase four. She's like, wow, okay.

I told her that a worker should typically be around 20 minutes to 60 minutes, but me, myself, I've worked out for two hours, but it wasn't my job. But I had told her that you have a job and you have a lot of things going on. If you can do a 20 minute workout, then you have to remove some stuff in your schedule to make it happen. But if you think a workout that's over 60 minutes, that will make you hit your goals. Then we after move or add certain exercise that will really help you achieve your goals. Does it make sense? So let's say for phase one, you do a 30 minute workout and in phase two, you still do a 30 minute worker, but you really increase the intensity and you add one or two more workouts in your week, maybe restless between your exercises or focus on doing more with less now phase three, your workouts score down to 25 minutes, but your intensity still goes up and you think, and use all the stuff beyond a workout, water, nutrition, food, sleep, meditation, alcohol, whatever you think is not necessary to hit your goal.

Be disciplined internally and remove one or two distractions. So now it's phase four. I call this one, the finish line. Alright, so You got to remember here. That's where your goal is And that's where you are right now.

This is you want to make sure you're moving toward you or away from you.

Oh, we think of your goal and think

20 minutes

You have all the stuff away from the workout or some kind of do you need 30 or 60 minutes or whatever you think, Honestly, everyone's different and unique. So how long should my work online? Prior? I think of a time when asked my doctors, when do you think I'll be ready? When will I stop having seizures? When will I be able to run One from my head? It stops my arm and leg hurting stops. Wayne.

I'm probably really annoying. I'm sorry. My doctors are amazing, but when asked my doctors, they say, we don't know. It honestly depends. So I say to you, how long should my work? Last calories, maybe exercises maybe, but honestly it really depends on your goals focused and your discipline. I'll just give you clarity and everyone's different help your family. That's when let's have some fun and let's grow peace.
