So I read the power of habit before my stroke. I was looking at my notes and it helps me and I hope it helps you. It's not your fault. You just don't understand how your habits were designed. Charles D are out there. He talks about three, three habits component and it really gives you yeah. Gives you clarity. So in charles' system, he talks about the cue, which is put your gym bag by your bed, or right by the front door tender routine at the exercise Dendur reward is you haven't chocolate. I'm not a brain surgeon, but if we give our brain constant cues and rewards around our behavior, then I think our brain likes to work less and you'll make it automatic for you. Oh, and another thing, the keynote habit and a potential habit is something you really want to do.

It could be scary and it could be embarrassing, but the emotional element is very key. Maybe it's a marathon or maybe it's a bootcamp class. For me, it was reading. I didn't know what to do. And to where it looked very interesting to me in the back of my mind. I think I could read, but I couldn't. I know I shouldn't have been embarrassed, but I was, when I had a stroke, I just didn't get it. But days, weeks, month now I get it. And I understand how the alphabet works and how numbers works. I don't care about being foolish anymore. And I slowly moved up to beginner. So in the book, Charles always talks about finding your right habits. If you hate exercising, that's perfectly fine. Just make sure that you have a reward that you like now I'm going to change his system.

So you could pay yourself to get faded. Instead of the, you be in the bag, put the exercise day, the routine will be money. Whenever you exercise put the exact amount of money that you decide for 30 or 60 days, $2 or a hundred dollars. The reward is when you finished a challenge, you can go buy yourself something deep emotion from the cue and reward will really be powerful in your life. If they're cute, I didn't do it for you, Dan, where you can do it, you can join a group. Yeah. I joined a group class that can really hold you accountable. I think to me, purpose in your life is to treat your mind and your heart. So tree yourself. When we measure something, behavior changes. Our worst habits often trigger our don't shy away from them because it can really be instrumental to your life. Once you overcome your greatest fear, they made you a skyrocket. So now I need new challenge. You're like, I'm not scared. I'm ready, but Hey, why do I know? We only live once. So free yourself. Hope you and your family.
