Gratitude Jar For Couples

Gratitude Jar For Couples.001.jpeg

This Gratitude Jar For Couples is a jar that contains your happiest and grateful moments of each day (week, month or year).

How it works is simple…

When your partner fills you with gratitude, love or compassion….

Type it below!

How cool would it be to look back a week, a month, or even a year from now and reading your most gratitude moments in your life? This is a great tool for practicing gratitude and being more present throughout the day!

I’m not married.

I don’t have a wife.

We will look back at this and wonder “why”…

“What took so long”…

I trained with a lot of couple before my stroke and seizures…

THANK YOU!!!

It really gave me a different paradigm of relationship. I didn’t get it…

But now I understand the nuance of love…

THANK YOU!!!

From the couples journey (“Yes!” to “I do.”) when I am planning out the workout, I always wonder…

“Why was she so mad?”

“He was in a good mood.”

“Both of them really brought it today.”

“Was it the workout?”

“Was it the music?”

“Was it my shoes?”

“Was it my bad jokes?”

Clearly I was delusional.

Throughout the journey, ups and downs will happen…

To win the championship (or the ring) you don’t have to win 82 games or win every game…

We have to be more grateful at the time…

Learn.

Keep it simple.

Laugh and smile.

Once you win the championship (or the ring), when you look back at the season it’s amazing.

The anniversary and what couples do together.

All the couples that I helped…

You both actually helped me...

THANK YOU!!!

I wish I had this jar before…

But “wish” is not good enough.

Are you ready to give it a shot?
