When planning a wedding, it’s easy to forget to make time for yourself.

We’re starting off with core exercises!
There are 4 total exercises in this workout. Each exercise should be performed 3 times (a.k.a 3 sets).
1/4 – Forearm Plank Hip Rolls
12 to 30 reps of Plank Hip Rolls (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
Goal is to complete 3 sets
2/4 – Baby Crunches + Reverse Crunches
12 to 30 reps of Baby Crunches (depending on skill level) + 12 to 30 reps of Reverse Crunches (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
Goal is to complete 3 sets
3/4 – Dumbbell Russian Twists
10 to 30 reps (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
Goal is to complete 3 sets
4/4 – Elbow to Knee + Hand to Toe Crunch
10 to 20 reps RIGHT SIDE (depending on skill level) + 10 to 20 reps LEFT SIDE (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
Goal is to complete 3 sets

Hey, what's going on. Arthur Kiyaga here from get wet for dots yet. Now we're going to focus on that core. It's amazing for your wedding dress your wedding day, but also too, it's going to give you confidence for your honeymoon. Okay. The first exercise we're going to focus on is called the forearm plank, Hep wrong. The reason why this is really amazing, not only does it swap your shoulders, but it also works at your core and your obliques as you can yet. I want your head looking forward
And looking for a nice.
Now the next exercise is regard. We're combining two small exercises together. We've got baby crunches and reverse crunches. The reason why this is really good, it's going to focus on your lower abs and your lower back as well. The dumbbell Russian twist, very simple. Don't overthink it. Just grab the dumbbell and twist side to side.

The last exercise we've got. It's one of my favorites combined too many exercises as well too. You're laying on your back. You're going to bring your elbow to your knee, and then you're going to bring your hand all the way up to your toe. The reason why it's is really effective, it works all aspects of your abdominals.
