Strawberry & Mint Protein Smoothie

Low Carb (under 20g per serving), Vegetarian, Gluten Free diet, in under 5 minutes.

What you need: 

7 oz. (200g) strawberries, washed

4 mint leaves

1 ¼ cup (200g) lean quark

1 cup (240ml) milk of choice


What you need to do: 

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if necessary to achieve desired texture.
