ATTN: Parents! I don’t have kids but is this true?

Coaches and parents don’t tell you “it” on purpose…

As a student or son, I thought they didn’t love me. 

“Can you pleaseeeeee do this for me?”

“It’s so unfair. It’s too hard.”

In my head, it was difficult… 

But as we understand nature, it all makes sense. 

I’ve been a coach for a long time. 

(Technically I have mentors so I’m still a student but I hope you get it...)

Looking from a birds-eye-view, I think coaches and parents all have a similar element.

It’s hard to understand “it”. We want you to…

Search your own soul. 

When I was a beginner coach/trainer I thought that me, doing everything hands-on, was noble and best for my students. 

My mentor said…

“You don’t get it. You can’t see everything because you're ‘in’. You have to move ‘out’ and guide them so they can get the result.”

I said, “Ummmmm... In and out. Ok.”

Mistakes after mistakes after mistakes after mistakes. I didn’t get it and was too nervous. I couldn’t find the right channel to help my students achieve their dreams. 

As I got more and more confident as a coach, I realized that I have to let students ride out of their storms. I want to jump in and interfere but there is no way for that student to truly transform or evolve. 

Let’s say an organism might get bacteria… 

They have to figure out how to adjust or morph to combat itself. If I always defend it, jump in and interfere…

The virus will come back and it won’t develop the antibodies and it is a serious problem. 

Once they truly figure it out and honestly believe in themself… 

(which is one of the toughest tasks a coach or parent has)

As a coach, my mission is to connect with you, your current situation in life, your feelings and dealing with everything so you can do the right thing. 

I want you to look inside of YOU.

I can not answer your equation and give you “it”. 

You already have “it”.

When you’re in the dark…

I will give you the framework, which is the flashlight, to understand and guide you with the exact information and instruction so “it” genuinely becomes you. My successful students are also at the finish line to cheer you on and give you confidence.

I want you to fail and struggle. That way your eyes know what is wrong and together we will pick you up so you don’t repeat your own mistakes. 

That’s how people evolve. You’ll become everything and anything you want to be.
