Hey, what's going on. Hope all is well. And this one is for your back. If you don't know when or why your back started, Dan applied these five techniques and really help help your back problem. Number one, weak back muscles. Do the cat and mouse exercises before or after you go to bed. Weak back muscles will result in a saw, right? Your exercises were strengthened. Their muscles required to stabilize your back. Problem. Number two, you got a desk job every hour or so. Get up. Most of the population, sit for eight hours a day. Walk around your office, set an alarm on your phone for one hour. And if you're on the phone a lot, just to make sure you stand up for 10 minutes, problem. Number three, poor lifting techniques.

Bend your knees. Dan lifter objects. Most back injuries happen when there's a fall or when someone's trying to move large objects. Problem. Number four, you slug too much. Trade your chair. First ability bar. It works your abs and a key for your body or anything in life is your core. Keep your head and shoulders erect and your feet underground. Problem. Number five, you can't comfortably touch it, make it a habit to reach down towards your toes and stretch your hands. Try this on the floor with your legs out in front of you, lean forward at you, waste keeping your back straight and reach out toward your toes. I have him on your form that every day, and this is part of my routine. My hamstrings are really bad, but day by day, I think I can do it. So exercise every day or use one or two of their five senses. So it changed your behavior and you won't suffer any back pain anymore. Honestly help you and your family as well. And let's win.
