Our internal strategy helps change perspective, to let you learn from the limitations of your mind so you look and feel amazing. 

 

I was talking to a host of a podcast and she mentioned two key ideas you should write down.

1. She GRADUALLY changed habits with your husband. Not cold turkey. Gradually.

2. She started walking/jogging and celebrated EVERY SMALL WIN. That gives her courage and confidence for the big win. 

She was consistent and even surprised herself along the way.

Take small steps.

Celebrate your wins.

Empowering the self conscious and YOU will be shocked at what you can achieve. 

Always keep it simple.

Eating one amazing meal…

Working hard for 25 minutes…

Won’t undo 25 years of habits and metabolism. 

Good or bad habits ONLY get stronger and stronger. 

So keep it very simple like how the host of the podcast illustrated and have fun.
